“Success is not found in doing something for Someone, but rather in being Someone for Someone”
I have an overall desire to see individuals live a well-balanced life, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe in the ability to both promote change and acceptance when change is not possible.
Unfortunately for many of us times of un-wellness do exist, but wellness can be achievable. With empathy for comfort and courage to confront, I would like to help achieve the balance of wellness. Wellness is a state of mind that can be reached with the correct tools, knowledge, and the space for it all to come together. “Mental Strength is not just the ability to stay out of the darkness, It’s the ability to sit present in the darkness KNOWING the light will shine again”- unknown
