“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

MY PHILOSOPHY: I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. My framework evolves from a person-centered therapeutic approach while utilizing evidence-based practices including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Being a therapist is not just what I do; compassionate, warm, and caring is who I am as a person. I have helped navigate clients through some of the most difficult and darkest paths towards finding their brightest light. Coming to therapy is just one step closer towards discovering the resilience and strength within us, even when we’re feeling insecure or hopeless. I believe my clients all have the potential to find their inner strength and courage to conquer all that life has to offer. I believe in lifelong learning and strive to continue to find new, creative, and fun ways to help my clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. You can’t always go to a place within yourself, by yourself and therefore I aim to help you find the coping tools and confidence in yourself to achieve ultimate health and happiness including your personal goals.
